We help organizations translate recommendations into action through consulting on action plans and by providing technical assistance on implementation. For example, we conduct workshops and activities to develop skills related to leadership, team-building, strategic planning, quality management, supervision, stress management, conflict resolution, and sexual harassment prevention. We have courses about developing a mission statement, determining your best organizational structure, and achieving consensus on an organizational vision. Our emphasis is on helping you develop an organization that develops and retains satisfied employees and clients.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, and Macro have a 15-year working relationship. We have provided a myriad of organization and management development activities for the Division’s 7,000-person workforce. Activities include quality interventions; management of Equal Opportunity and Employee Assistance programs; facilitating meetings and providing strategic planning guidance to the board of directors; providing team building and staff development to every technical and support department; and designing and presenting workshops on topics such as statistics, sexual harassment prevention, process improvement, flowcharting, and project management.
