Tuition Assistance Program: Macro encourages employees to build expertise in their fields through higher education, and Macro’s Tuition Assistance Program is designed to assist you in this effort. Under this generous program, Macro staff members may be eligible for tuition reimbursement of up to $3,500 per year, $500 of which can be used to cover books.
Professional Development Activities: employees are supported in their efforts to publish papers, maintain memberships in professional societies, actively participate in professional conferences, and receive advanced training.
At many Macro locations, employees also participate in classroom and online learning and training sessions on numerous topics including technical skills, professional development, Macro benefits, and career growth. Class offerings and ‘brown bag’ lunch-and-learns are guided by both the learning needs of Macro employees and our strategic goals, which in turn help the organization grow. In addition, our employee Intranet provides a career resource center that helps employees develop their career paths.
